Here are the different stages in which I can support you:

COLLABORATION PROCESS

1 • DIAGNOSIS AND ANALYSIS OF THE EXISTING SPACE

A first video meeting (about 1 hour) to analyse your needs, style, habits, and constraints (space, budget, deadlines) and to define together the most suitable support. This meeting is based on a questionnaire to establish the project’s foundations.

2 • SITE SURVEY & PHOTOGRAPHY

Depending on the project, an on-site visit may be necessary to refine the analysis.

This step allows us to:

› observe the existing conditions (volumes, circulation, natural light, constraints)
› understand your daily routines and usage
› take additional photos and videos
› record reference measurements
› identify the potential of the space and improvement opportunities

When the project can be carried out remotely, the study is based on the plans and photographs you provide. The working method differs, but the quality of the analysis and deliverables remains the same. Whether the support is on-site or entirely remote, I guide you with the same precision and the same level of rigor.

3 • CONTRACTUAL PHASE

Following the initial analyses, I prepare a customised quote.

After approval, you will receive:

› the contract to complete
› the general terms and conditions
› a request for a 30% deposit to start the design phase.

4 • DESIGN PHASE – PRELIMINARY DESIGN (APS)

The first project vision is delivered as a PDF file sent by email. It includes: space optimisations, plans, mood boards, storage proposals, recommendations, moodboards, and sketches. A video meeting follows the delivery to discuss the first options.

5 • ADJUSTMENTS AND APPROVAL PHASE – FINAL DESIGN (APD)

Following our discussion, I send you an updated file integrating the final decisions we agreed upon.

6 • FINAL ADJUSTMENTS AND IMPLEMENTATION (APD)

A final meeting can be scheduled to help with your decoration (placement of frames, objects, textiles, and lighting).

7 • INVOICING

The final invoice is sent and payable within 30 days of receipt of the document. A final request for feedback or a testimonial may be sent to close the project.
